Trattoria Giorgio

Giorgio Todisco was born in Bergamo, Italy, and has 26 years experience in the restaurant business. His earliest influences began in the kitchen watching his mother and grandmother prepare many meals and celebrations for family and friends. He attended the “Institute Professional for Hotels” (“Scuola Alberghiera”) in San Pellegrino. He has worked in restaurants in Bergamo, Switzerland, and the Florida Keys before returning to Greenville to open Trattoria Giorgio. Giorgio was chef and part owner of La Cantina, a restaurant in Bergamo. Open for more than a decade, Trattoria Giorgio enjoys a friendly experienced staff. “When you see people in the restaurant listening to good music, eating good food, enjoying the atmosphere… that makes for a special event anytime.”
